Support Marginalized Creators!
This has been embedded into our mission since its inception. We hold it center to all of our decisions from which shows to produce, to which themes we choose for our Zines, to the diversity in our worlds.
To this end we know that people with multiple intersections of marginalization face systematic oppression (historically and now) that generally goes hand in hand with having less overall disposable income, and usually also can equate to poverty.
To be actively supporting marginalized creators means that we need to put our efforts and our money where are mouths are.
We are establishing Girls Fund These Worlds to bring action to our belief that ‘A rising tide raises all ships’.
Girls Fund These Worlds is not an official charity. Instead, it’s a program that holds us accountable to the values we expect of ourselves and our partners, and brings awareness and impetus to other TTRPG business’ to put the support of marginalized creators at the forefront instead of an afterthought (or not thought of at all).

Where does the money come from?
Girls Fund These Worlds is primarily funded by These Worlds Umbrella Group.
We will be contributing from every revenue source we have, including:
- A portion of every sale from patches, stickers, or other murchase (merch purchase)
- Zines & Itch.io content
- Twitch subs
- Patreon pledges
- Channel and series sponsorships
Overall, 10% of These Worlds income will go to Girls Fund These Worlds!
How will the money be spent?
Specifically the money will go to support TTRPG initiatives such as
- Convention bursaries
- Artists in Residence
- Production equipment upgrades for performers or producers
This money will never be spent on the council or business expenses.
How do I apply for a bursary or production equipment upgrade?
Girls Fund These Worlds is in preparation to partner with our first convention of 2023 to offer a bursary.
